Amy Kizer


Amy Kizer, PHR® has spent her career supporting companies and managers with hiring decisions and human resources topics. Beginning in 1999, Amy started a 14-year career across two companies as an external recruiter. Nearly half of that experience was in financial services, helping a large custodian to hire hundreds of home office employees. From there, she moved to a mid-size broker/dealer and was part of a 3-person HR team, supporting 450 employees. Because of those experiences, while attending conferences and working with practice management and business consulting professionals, it became apparent that most independent financial advisors did not start their business for the HR aspect of things.

In 2014, TalentLink Solutions was founded to exclusively support advisors with writing job descriptions, writing employee handbooks, benchmarking compensation, identifying talent through posting jobs and passive search efforts, teaching them to interview, presenting offers, handling employee relations issues, and many more Human Resources topics.
